INTERPLAY explores the relationship between light, space, and human perception through the combination of realistic video imagery and ephemeral coloured shadows. The work examines how attention shapes perception, proposing that reality is not fixed but emerges through where and how we look. Looping, non-narrative videos invite slow and sustained observation, while coloured shadows—produced by light, objects, and the viewer’s presence—introduce an abstract, constantly shifting dimension. Together, these elements create a space where attention can slow down and diversify, foregrounding perception as a relational and embodied experience.
